Colin McRae Rally 04 by Codemasters, 2004.

The Colin McRae Rally series dabbled with year numbering for a short while, with this "04" version then, later the same year on PC, the "2005" version.

This game, I personally feel, is a great step over Colin McRae 3, with improved handling, graphics, sound, better car list, more tracks, etc, etc.

There's no actual night time stages in the game, however.
