Command: The Silent Service is a standalone DLC for Command: Modern Ops (often abbreviated CMANO). This is Submarine Scenario 1: Delta Force
Russian Navy is conducting an exercise to test its readiness... a Delta IV boomer, escorted by a Victor III SSN, will leave the ice cover to make it to 1 of 3 launch points, get the launch order via comm buoy (takes 5 minutes), then launch 4 ballistic missiles at the specified target (15 seconds between missiles), and finally, make it back under the ice, before timer expires, and without getting sunk by "OPFOR", which are composed of ships, subs, and more.

NOTE: We are using the MAIN Command.exe instead of the Silent Service.exe, which is why it looks a little different than the tutorials.

00:00 Start
K 117 Bryansk (Delta IV) escorted by B 414 Daniil Moskovskiy (Victor III), currently hiding under arctic ice, will transit to one of the launch sites: Olga, Pavel, or Roman, stream comm buoy to receive target coordinates, then launch 4 MIRV ballistic missiles at the target. Then try to make it back under the ice. B 414 is to be considered expendable to protect K 117.
We are under the ice line, with B414 ahead, K117 behind, heading roughly 144. Olga is to ESE, Pavel is to SSE, and Roman is to SW. Expect a lot of ASW surface ships, helos dropping sonobuoys, maritime patrol bombers dropping sonobuoys, and submarines...
02:30 Mission start
B414 will stay on the edge of ice line, but head west, while K117 will head east, under the ice, then go for Olga. Both will stay deep. K117 will go 6 kt, and should arrive before 2300Z.
09:00 Olga Reached
K117 will come to full stop and hide in the layer to release the comm buoy to receive final orders. B414 will continue acting as a decoy to the west. Once orders are received, K117 will input the target and launch.
11:30 Target downloaded
Exercise target is Yakov. Target Yakov has been located
13:00 Uploading Coordinates
Target Yakov is being uploaded to missiles. Safeties released. Launching missiles...
15:30 All Missiles Away
At K117... Dive! Dive! Dive! Heading 0! Let's go! As deep as possible, 7 kt.
B414, head north across the line then head toward K117. Stay at 5kt, as deep as possible.
19:45 Exercise Complete!
The exercise was a success! K117 was never detected by the OPFOR, good job! And we made it past the ice line!

NOTE: Due to some technical issues, this will be the final episode on Command: The Silent Service, at least for now. The next scenario was practically impossible after a dozen attempts. However, the new series: Red Storm Gathering will continue until the campaign concludes.
