I beat this Connect Four Electronic Hand-Held on the easiest difficulty while scoring the biggest win I believe to be possible on the device: a 17-checker win, in just 37.43 seconds. Time begins when the checker appears at the top of the screen after confirming skill level, and ends the first frame "WIN" begins to fade in.

It is theoretically possible to get a 20-checker win if you add in an additional 4 checkers in a row vertically in the center. However, the AI would need to be another order of magnitude more lobotomized than this one to not block that.
