Control part 6: The housekeeping will continue until morale improves (PC / Ultimate Edition)
1Turns out I really didn't realize just how much housekeeping there was, which is certainly not a bad thing if you like having excuses to play more Control.
A couple of the side missions get a little stale (in particular, hunting for mold zombies after dealing with the first leg of that side mission feels pretty bland as a follow-up), meanwhile others such as Langston's continue to throw interesting (if not sometimes annoying) variations at the player.
I also stumbled upon a collectible from the Board hinting that I hadn't seen the last of the Former, and as it turns out there was another boss fight waiting in an area I'd completely failed to discover before. I turned game assist off this time around to test if my now-fully-powered launch abilities could carry me through.
The one side mission that is definitely more than I bargained for is, as others have already suspected, the jukebox. I gave it a try to close out the stream, but it's plenty rude even on the lowest difficulty. With that one exception, I've managed to otherwise narrow the list of open missions down to just the DLC, which I'll take a look at next weekend.
