Shadows Over Loathing - How To Get The Fence Capitalist Perk! +50% To Meat Drops!

In order to get the Fence Capitalist perk, you need to paint 10 fences throughout the game for an NPC names Will Hunter. Will Hunter can be found at the Will's Treehouse area of the Big Moist map. These fences can be painted at any time after getting the Paint and Brush, and can also be painted in any order (this is just the order I found them in). Also, remember that some of these locations may only be found by unlocking them through discovering them, wandering, etc.
Once you are at Will's Treehouse, interact with the tree by shouting up, and you will start the conversation with Will. Go through the dialog, and when it gives you the option to climb the tree (you need 7 in Muscle), do so, and then choose to take the risk when prompted. You will climb the tree and continue the conversation with Will.
Continue the dialog some more until Will mentions his curse, and then tell him that you can paint fences for him. He will agree, and tell you to grab his Brush and Paint from the knapsack (which is to the right of him), so make sure to grab them. Now you just need to find the 10 fences and paint them (even though to finish the quest you only need to paint 3).
01:05 - Durch's House, Ocean City map. Enter Durch's House, and the fence is to the right of the house behind some trees.
01:19 - Pet Store, Crystaldream Lake map. This one takes a little set up. First, head to the Hardware Store, go through the portal in the backroom, and talk to the NPC at the counter. Choose to set the outhouse up at the Pet Store. Leave, and head to the Pet Store. Once there, enter the portal to the left, and the fence will be all the way to the right.
02:04 - Junkyard, Crystaldream Lake map. Enter the Junkyard and go through the hole in the trash on the right side of the first area. In the Another Tunnel area, head through the hole to the south (you may have to complete this area first, I forget). In the next room, just head to the right, and the fence is near the edge of the trash.
02:26 - Phi Upsilon Tau, M.I.T. map. Enter PUT and head to the right. Go through the open space in the hedge to get to the backyard. Now, just walk all the way right, and the fence is at the end.
02:43 - Ovid's Shop, M.I.T. map. Enter Ovid's Shop, and the fence is against the building to the north. I had already sent Ovid to the Camp, so I do not remember if it showed up before then or not
02:56 - Dauphin House, Big Moist. Just enter the area and head right. The fence is right there.
03:08 - Phlemburg Place, Big Moist map. Enter the area, and the fence is just northeast of where you spawn, between the two buildings.
03:22 - Old Ham Hill, Gray County map. Enter the area and head to the far northeast side of the fenced area.
03:33 - Moleross House, Gray County map. After entering the area, you must talk to the NPC on the right to gain entry to the house. Once inside, head right into the big portal, and then head upwards into the second, smaller portal. This drops you off outside by the pig. Head to the left, and the fence is right before the exit.
03:57 - Borge House, Gray County map. Just enter the area, and the fence will be seen on the right side of the house.
After painting all 10 fences, you will get an alert the you unlocked the Fence Capitalist perk! This perk grants you +50% to Meat Drops, which is HUGE! This will definitely come in handy when trying to purchase things late game. Also, don't forget to talk to Will at some point after doing at least 3 to complete the quest, and then again after doing all 10 to see how he is doing!
