This is Counter-Strike: Condition Zero with the MetaAudio mod by LAGonauta. I promised this video back on June 19th, and by God I was determined to do this before the end of the 2019 season. As stated in the Half-Life videos, this OpenAL Soft-based mod far exceeds the HRTF and wavetraced occlusion capabilities of the original Aureal A3D hardware. In fact, I would go as far as saying it's even better than Valve's own Steam Audio implementation in CSGO! Well, not entirely. While the occlusion is more realistic in its depth filtering, the sound rolloff is just too quick in GoldSrc for a tactical shooter. Vital spots such as Bombsite A and B in de_nuke are completely silent from each other even with MetaAudio.
Note that using MetaAudio is grounds for a VAC ban, so never play online with CSCZ. Only play botmatches with the -insecure launch parameter to stay safe. Also of unfortunate note is that Ritual Entertainment's brilliant masterpiece "Deleted Scenes" is incompatible with MetaAudio. It persistently crashes whenever any of the NPCs start speaking.

al_doppler "0.3" (IMPORTANT: MetaAudio has a similar exaggerated Doppler problem to Yamagi Quake II. LAGonauta made this default in the shortcut recently.)
