I was looking for HTC packs for my emulator about a week ago. I went to all these different web sites, but all they seem to have is PNG packs or sometimes HTS. You are better off creating your own HTC packs to use with Mupen64 emulator. I use this emulator on both my phone and PC. (Android and Linux).

The thing is you have to know WHERE to get these PNG packs. There are some links posted below which will help you get ahold of these texture packs. Using the method in this video, you will be able to convert these packs with thousands of files into ONE HTC suitable for Mupen64.

A word of warning: If you are going to make HTC packs for an Android device, DO NOT use 4k or UltraHD packs! They are usually several GB, and your phone will just cough and swear at you!
