■ Ingredients (Serves 2)
・1 chicken breast (250g)
・70g pizza cheese
・A pinch of salt and pepper
・1 tablespoon potato starch
・A pinch of chopped parsley
■ Procedure
(1) Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Rub with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with potato starch to coat the entire surface.
(2) Place the pizza cheese in a frying pan and spread it into a round shape.
(3) Place the chicken on top of the pizza cheese, ensuring there are no gaps between them. Heat over medium heat and bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and crispy. (Use a non-stick frying pan. Insert a spatula into the pan halfway through cooking to prevent sticking.)
(4) Turn the chicken over and bake for about 5 minutes until the meat is cooked through. Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with parsley.
