Twinkling Titanite #1: The Lost Bastille - 00:10
NPC Steady Hand McDuff sits on a metal chest that contains this one. Light the sconce with the torch to get him to move, rest/leave at bonfire, then come back. He will have moved, giving the player access to the chest.
Twinkling Titanite #2: Harvest Valley or Majula - 00:20
Gifted by NPC Stone Trader Chloanne after buying some of her items.
Twinkling Titanite #3: Earthen Peak - 01:33
Buy the ladder service from NPC Laddersmith Gilligan, and the ladder leads to a corpse on the ledge.
Twinkling Titanite #4: Iron Keep - 03:29
Go through furnace, up ladder, jump down to platform below. In metal chest (along w/Life Ring +1).
Twinkling Titanite #5-6: Shaded Woods (x2) - 03:41
The first is found on the way to Shrine of Winter (3rd left-most path at Ruined Fork Road Bonfire), where the Flexile Sentry drops it. The second is found (after Shaded Ruins Bonfire) to the right of the giant Basilisk, where under the collapsable ground, it's on a corpse. (At bonfire intensity 2+ there are 3!)
Twinkling Titanite #7: Doors of Pharros - 05:11
A Pharros' Contraption (requires Pharros' Lockstone) unlocks the door that leads to a chest w/titanite. At start of video segment, that is the contraption that needs to be unlocked.
Twinkling Titanite #8-9: Brightstone Cove Tseldora (x2) - 05:51
Not far from Chapel Threshold Bonfire, at first open clearing is a small bldg. w/crystal lizard on roof. On other side of roof is a small drop-off where a corpse contains first titanite. The path to the second is found through the breakable furniture obstruction in the building where NPC Creighton of Mirrah and Mild-mannered Pate battle. Immediately to the right after the passage is a crystal lizard that drops the titanite.
Twinkling Titanite #10: The Gutter - 06:49
Near metal chest that contains Ring of Protection (NPC Dark Spirit Melinda the Butcher invades or invaded), face towards nearest building to see small ledge below. Jump to it, and inside room is wooden chest.
Twinkling Titanite #11: Drangleic Castle - 07:06
On corpse in the room with the wall masks that shoot poison arrows.
Twinkling Titanite #12: King's Passage - 07:42
On corpse in the passage that leads to the Looking Glass Knight fog gate.
Twinkling Titanite #13-14: Shrine of Amana (x2) - 07:54
The first is found at area's start, by descending the staircase and entering door along the way. Knock down corpse entangled in branches, and it falls into water below. Descend down to watery area, take out Cleric Lindelt enemy, and collect it off fallen body behind the spiky rocks. The second is found in a metal chest inside a cave that's surrounded by sleeping Lizardmen.
Twinkling Titanite #15: Undead Crypt - 09:13
In metal chest in room where a Leydia Witch resides. Find the ladder in the room with tombstones and climb up.
Twinkling Titanite #16-18: Majula (x3) - 09:56
Once NPC Stone Trader Chloanne moves to Majula—and after a player visits the Undead Crypt—she stocks three for a cost of 45k souls.
Twinkling Titanite #19-24: Dragon Aerie (x6) - 10:13
In the open areas with Guardian Dragons, there are crystal lizards. Five of them drop Twinkling Titanite. The last one is on a corpse on a ledge to the left of the zipline drop.
Twinkling Titanite #25: Dragon Shrine - 11:42
In wooden chest behind Drakekeeper guard. (Bonfire intensity 2+ has 3!)
Twinkling Titanite #26-27: Forest of Fallen Giants (x2) - 12:05
Fall off ledge near giant's remains that lead to Memory of Jeigh (Place Unbeknownst Bonfire), and two on a corpse.
* Use Bonfire Ascetics to farm more copies of the Twinkling Titanite listed above. However, the ones found in metal chests (and on some corpses) won't respawn. Also three different enemy types randomly drop these stones: Lindelt Clerics and Shrine Maidens in Shrine of Amana, and the Guardian Dragons in Dragon Aerie. Also, stones can sometimes be received through random trades of Smooth & Silky Stones with Sparkling Sisters Dyna and Tillo at the crow's nest in Things Betwixt.
