Dark Souls 3 - PVP - Ranger (Rogue): Arbalest (SL120) [v2]

It's quite a challenge designing a physical projectile build that isn't just a typical quality build with a bow slapped on. But after a lot - and I do mean a lot - of testing, I recommend this Ranger (or rogue, if that's your perogative) build for pvp duels. It's also not bad in pve, just bc Arbalest can cheese so many bad guys.
The major idea behind the build is that the scaling of the dagger is so low, and the AR on the whip, that you can get most of the damage out of them at just 40 dex. This lets you invest most of the points into vitality for quick roll.
