[BLIND LET'S PLAY]

Towards the end of the last episode Neo and Leon had met a reporter named Ben who was apparently imprisoned by Chief Irons to stop him from blowing the whistle on Irons' corruption, and he attempted to offer Leon a keycard that would allow him to open the gate to the B1 parking lot in exchange for his freedom, but Mr. X showed up and crushed the poor guy's head like a grape before stomping off to do God-knows-what (probably stalk Claire). Realizing that they'll need to open Ben's cell to get the keycard, Neo and Leon get to work on looking for some parts they'll need to repair the cell's switchboard. They start by looking through the entire basement of the RPD, then gradually work their way back up to the rest of the building proper and begin opening up previously-sealed locations (again) in their extensive search for replacement parts for the cell switchboard.

Mr. X, Zombies and Lickers stand in Neo's way once again, however, which makes his second (technically fourth) visit to the RPD a bit more complicated than it otherwise would've been, although Neo feels confident that he'll be able to go through the RPD without too much trouble at this point. After moving back and forth across the RPD numerous times, grabbing everything he comes across as he enters "new" areas, and finally ringing the RPD clock tower bell (again), Neo eventually manages to acquire all the switchboard parts he needs...
