You can create an indestructible car in Chapter 12 by entering the Nick tailing sequence with a car that has 0% health. The easiest way to do so is to drive near the mission circle with a car that is at 1% health, use Sigourney to delay the start of the mission and them ram the car into a wall to have it explode right before the story cutscene begins.

The tailing sequence gives your car infinite health and saves you from a game over, although you still get a monetary penalty for it.

After the tailing sequence, your car is at 0% health but it suddenly looks and works like new and seemingly never takes damage again.
