4Nocturnals are a small indie development team comprised of 4 avid gamers. 4Nocturnals are working on their first release; Defending Humanity: Tower Defense.

Tower defense is a sub genre of real-time strategy video games, where the goal is to stop the enemies from reaching a specific point on the map or protecting a base, by building a variety of different towers which shoot at them as they pass. Enemies and towers usually have varied abilities, costs, and upgrade prices.

Defending Humanity: Tower Defense Wars is in early alpha and is a Cross Platform Tower Defense game. Here’s a quick run down of the main key points of the game;

• There are maze platforms to build on as well as linear paths and a mix of both.
• Casual size maps up to giant maps, with full pan-tilt-zoom-rotate controls.
• There is a dynamic weather system.
• There is a large amount of maps to play on with more being added through out the life of the game.
• The entire campaign is free to play.
• You can upgrade abilities to help do damage, heal your towers, debuff the enemy and buff your towers.
• There are a large selection of towers to choose from with more then 3 levels of upgrades.
• The game features a Persistent Skill Tree system
• You can earn points through beating maps and or buying through the in app store at a reasonable price and all items
