Delete a Credit Card From Walmart App
Removing a credit card from the Walmart app is a quick process, and it’s useful when your card has expired, been replaced, or you no longer wish to use it for transactions on Walmart.com or the Walmart mobile app.
First, open the Walmart app on your smartphone and sign in to your account using your login credentials. After logging in, navigate to the account section by tapping the account icon located at the bottom right of the screen. This brings you to your account dashboard, where you can access all of your personal settings and preferences.
Next, tap on the gear icon in the upper right corner to open the app’s settings menu. From the settings screen, locate and tap the option labeled "Wallet." The Wallet section displays all your saved payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, and PayPal accounts.
Find the specific credit card you want to remove. Once you locate the card, you should see an option such as "Remove" or a trash icon next to the card details. Tap this option, and the app will prompt you to confirm your action. Confirm your choice, and the card will be deleted from your saved payment methods.
Keep in mind that Walmart doesn’t allow removing a card that is currently set as your default payment method without assigning another default. If that’s the case, simply switch to another payment method first before deleting the one you no longer need.
