How to Cancel Your Walmart Plus Subscription

If you've decided the service is no longer needed or you’re approaching the end of a free trial and want to avoid being charged, here's how to end the membership.
First, launch the Walmart mobile app and log in to your account. From the home screen, tap the account icon located in the bottom right corner. This will bring up your account overview, including your order history, payment methods, and Walmart Plus status.
If you’re subscribed to Walmart Plus, you’ll see a dedicated section labeled ‘Walmart+’ or a visible banner showcasing your current membership. Tap on that to enter the subscription management section. From there, you’ll be able to view your billing cycle, payment method, renewal status, and the benefits you’re currently using.
Scroll to the bottom of the Walmart Plus page where you should see an option to manage or cancel your subscription. Tap on ‘Cancel Walmart+’ and follow the on-screen prompts. Walmart might ask you for a reason or offer to keep your subscription active with a discount—feel free to select a reason and proceed if you're sure you want to cancel.
