It's been revealed that almost £40-million in bonuses has been paid to Ministry of Defence staff over the last year. The figure's down about 10% on the previous year, but it's prompted an angry reaction from some, at a time of cuts in the armed forces. After last year's defence review the hard work to make it happen is only just beginning. All this week we'll be looking at what lies ahead for the next 12 months.
