Destructible object - rubbel, scrap, debris, decal [Game Maker Studio 2 | Basics]
This basics video tutorial shows you the easy way how to setup destructible objects that create debris, rubbel, scrap, litter, wreckage, decal in GameMaker Studio 2.
The idea is to have a collision and then create tons of objects that are flying off the hit instance. Here all you need to know is to simply setup the rubbel instance with speed, direction and gravitiy properties for it to fly and stop the speed and gravity when it is colliding with and object wall.
