My Kefka got the ingots that he deserved (thanks to DE reward). However, he won't have his enhancement points as the points are stolen by a thief who recently got his EX+...

Save Kefka's Trine for the main boss fight. Refresh the HP silence buff when it is up and the boss will remain idle as a punching bag till the end of the battle. Break and delay is CoD's forte (where she can solo this fight if you play her well enough). Ace can provide some healing with his random card buff. But if you time Kefka's Trine correctly, no healers is actually required.
