I don't have an A5 for yellow yet. So I sub in A2 for the time being. It could be doable without the crystal passives. In Memorial fights, you get a party synergy boost when you bring a series feature unit. Generally, this is a rush-down fight, which is a general theme for most memorial fights.

Tips to handle the aura
Purple aura - rainbow, ignore or abuse brave gains or you let the boss takes 3 turn
Red aura - dispel a buff will do. Use Diabolos summon or dispel call (Seymour LDCA, Vanille CA, Faris CA, etc)

1st Form
Leo uses his LD. Fujin and Quistis use their BT finishers. Quistis uses an AA and LD to upgrade her BT aura stacks to V. Once your force time is ready, use Lilisette LDCA and Fujin use her FR. Have Everyone use their FR echo and stack in your Iroha and Cait Sith LDCA. Have Leo goes into his BURST phase (S1, LD, EX, S2, S2, FR).

2nd Form
The boss will activate its force and eventually the red aura. Summon Diabolos to remove the buffs (otherwise you cannot do damage). Launches a few more times and boss will be dead meat in no time.

1st Form
- SHINRYU aura at the start of the fight
- Triggers "Flow of Time". Gains purple aura (Turn Rate & SPD +30%, BRV DMG Resistance) - To remove you need to let the boss act 3 turns.
- Triggers Morph at 29% HP threshold (cleanses all debuff and change to 2nd form)

2nd Form
- SHINRYU aura at the 79% HP threshold
- Triggers "Space-Time Distortion" at the 79% HP threshold
Cleanses a debuff and gains a red aura (999% HP DMG resistance)
Gains 3 permanent buffs (HP DMG +50%, SPD +50%, BRV Regen). To remove the red aura - dispel a buff
- Triggers "Flow of Time". Gains purple aura (Turn Rate & SPD +30%, BRV DMG Resistance) - To remove you need to let the boss act 3 turns.

Tip: The aura won't trigger during your burst or summon phase
