Johnny also found a way to design part of Jack Sparrow in the manner that he saw fit.Johnny had seen Jack as having many gold teeth, but he figured that the executives would want fewer gold teeth than he imagined.So, he had his dentist to implant more gold teeth as a bargaining tool, and the final amount of gold teeth were exactly what Johnny had imagined the entire time.
