if there's one thing memorable about the mission eyeless it's that there's a big gaping hole in the area where dOnte gets the eye. think of it as a pizza with a missing slice. upon entering, the other areas are sealed off but i once tried climbing after the battle & managed to get all the way back to the beginning & vice versa. & it got expanded to this.

also, for once i recorded the entire run, no cuts, no edits, even the battles. but since i don't want this vid to be too long, i cheaply plough through the pizza arena but manage to royally fucked up the one with tyrant... i forgot that guns have a bit too much priority in this game, & that carries over to charging them.

i didn't skip the last cutscene coz at certain moment u can catch a glimpse of parts of the harpies. like the prev vid i did involving phineas, i can barely find the extra sprite(s) in the cutscene due to the camera, & that's got me wondering if the devs/artist knew about the possibilities of remnant sprites & if this is their best, if not their only, solution; just don't move the camera too much & pray. otherwise this scene feels stiff, a bit too on purpose to be this rigid.
