Hello! Jumping into Cos' 2nd level, which was located in the same package as Killing Zone.
Since there's only few days difference between the two levels, it's not much of a surprise that this level is almost equal in quality to the previous one, meaning not a great level.
• Visuals are still very bland. Place feels too random to know, what it's supposed to represent (if there was any of that idea in the 1st place) and texturing can have a bit random element to it.
• Difficulty isn't hard and the start is quite similar to the 1st one: You have great chance of getting damage, before getting your shotgun to deal with numerous enemies. And also the unmarked ammo-secret at start.
• Health / Armor is a little bit tighter this time around, but it's not by that much. I'd say, better that way around for a bit more exciting times.
• Unmarked secrets again, but very few actual secret areas. Also progression is a bit better compared to the 1st level.
• Gameplay overall feels okay and gives that average Doom-experience, so that's always good at least. Last encounter is a small-scaled case of Gotcha!-level from Doom 2 with Cyb and Mastermind, so it's actually ahead of that encounter in time!
So, it's not much of an improvement, but a tiny bit better at least: Still visually uninteresting, few unmarked secrets to spot, but you'll get to shoot 200+ monsters in the face and finish it off with a double boss fight to save another part of Doom world once again.
