Doom II _"Math Test" A PrBoom+ _ G/ZDoom map wad made from scratch by "Albatross"

This is a small, quite short gimmicky fun map that has no monsters. Instead you have to solve mathematical problems or be squished, dissolved or blown up. Have fun and Good Luck!

Math Test Solutions:

Problem 1:

Spiders have 8 legs.
How many legs do 5 Arachnotrons
have in total?

A: 20 C: 40
B: 30

Solution:

Spiders indeed have 8 legs, but Arachnotrons are not spiders
and have only 4 legs. So 5 Arachnotrons would have 5*4 = 20 legs.



Problem 2:

A Cacodemon weighs 50 kg.
How much would it weigh if its diameter
were 2 times larger?

A: 100 kg C: 400 kg
B: 200 kg

Solution:

When an object is scaled up, its mass increases by the cube of the multiplier.
So our Caco would weigh 50*8 = 400 kg.



Problem 3:

A Mancubus and an Imp ate 12 skulls together.
The fat fuck Mancubus ate 10 more than the Imp.
How many skulls did the Imp eat?

A: 0 C: 2
B: 1

Solution:

Let x be the number of skulls eaten by the Imp.
Then the Manc ate x+10 skulls.
From the simple equation 2x+10 = 12 we get x = 1.



Problem 4:

If 5 Pain Elementals produce 50 Lost Souls
in 5 minutes, how many Lost Souls will 10
Pain Elementals produce in 10 minutes?

A: 50 C: 200
B: 100

Solution:

We had 5 PEs and 5 minutes, and now we have twice as many PEs and twice as much time.
The answer is 50*2*2 = 200.
