Okay, so this is really more of a tech demo/prop showoff than an actual level, but it does have 6 enemies to kill and an item count, so that makes it level enough for me!
**93% Items is the highest possible in this level if you are gunning for a 100% run, as the game will not let you collect a second Orange Demon Artifact. Hope you're not overly OCD about that, because as far as I know (unless console commands has a way of doing it) there's no way around it
