Doom has many legends in the community like XaSeR Acheron, Scuba Steve, Andrew Stine and more and they've left a mark on Doom that keeps the community alive, and among them is Chris Hansen who has helped contribute to many projects through the years.
This wad, released on September 25th 2015, Is a episode 2 replacement for Ultimate Doom and is a compilation release of various levels from Chris with E2M1 and E2M2 being the two levels of Rip It, Tear It, Smash It, a top 100 wads of all time member from 2002. First thing you'll notice is the change in the color palate, the sprite work and various other changes.
Chris' placement of ammo is modest though just like in other wads I've covered from this compilation, He's a expert of the unusual combat of you being in cramped areas and facing teleport traps in elevators, which that one near the end of this video really got me, it hurt.
[[This was a tough one, I planned Monument to be the 3rd episode of Season 13 but was deadset on doing it later, and with Chris Hansen's wads it takes me time as his previous work like High/Low 5, The Wailing Horde etc are massive and he doesn't pull punches on any of his work]]
