Doom Wads/Mods The Rejected #42:Reactor 2
1https://www.doomworld.com/idgames/levels/doom/p-r/reac2wad Into the code we go again with another 1994 wad, but whats surprising to me is that the quality can vary in a large way with these wads: Where-as 2BAD and Jail Escape looked rough, Reactor 2 itself shows some effort even if the wad has the most ear grating music I've heard in a PWAD so far.
Authored by Scott F. Crank and released on September 28th 1994, Reactor 2 is a large UAC Facility and Lab under demon occupation and is a remake of the original Reactor wad. The map itself has a lot of different areas that aren't just one texture vs other 1994 wads and there's effort by Scott to make the wad run better though I got stuck and had to stop as I couldn't figure out where to go.
