There's some things I've seen on Moddb that I still have trouble believing it was made but after trying it, I was impressed by this still a demo mod by Griefmobgaming, I'm using v0.0.2 released on July 18th 2023.

This short demo re-creates Courier from The World Is Not Enough from the N64 game, our weapons reload with the GZDoom source port reload key, and we're on the hunt for Lachaise. I'm using the included Gore mod to make things just that more brutal since well, the mod does have Brutal in it's name and whats a mod like that without gore and blood that sprays everywhere? Good stuff even if a demo.
