The Bunker - Questionable Ethics
1Don't break the routine. FMV games are a special breed, going back to a time when LaserDiscs were a thing and arcades had hits like Dragon's Lair and when consoles of the time were branching into pre recorded video to create a hypothetical hit. Even today, I've seen some FMV games thanks to looking up a publisher by the name of Wales Interactive.
Released on ps4 and pc on September 20th 2016 and getting a PS5 upgrade in February 2024, The Bunker is a FMV game telling the story of a fallout bunker in England following a nuclear war, We control a man, referred to in the storyline as John who is the only survivor of said bunker, We have a routine we follow but when a emergency happens, We have to find out what to do and if we should stay with our routine, or try our luck leaving the safety...of the Bunker.
Being a FMV game, we follow John and click on objects when a prompt appear by moving our cursor, There's times we'll have QTE's that require a kick click and it proved challenging, by clicking some objects you'll learn more of John's past through flashbacks. Platinum for this game will be challenging as you need to completionist the endings and find all hidden dolls that John had, which are stashed around the facility.
