One of the game's most infamous bosses, made somewhat easier with good preparation and being nerfed in the Switch version - she acts only once twice per turn on Hard Mode / Draconian / Stronger Enemies compared to the three actions on the PS4. It does make a difference.

Dora's attack strike hard and may crit, and she can render party members unable to use special abilities, but what most people remember her for is her charming our characters and causing them to attack allies instead of doing whatever useful actions were intended for them.

We come prepared. Sylvando has double accessories with 25% Beguiled protection equipped, and that makes it unlikely he is affected by the status. Charm may miss without any equipment too, by the way. The other units equip whatever they benefit from the most for survival or damage increase instead, because as long as Sylvando is capable of using skills he can cure the status with Sobering Slap. I'm not sure if anything else helps against Charm at this point? You can also die to recover from it, I suppose.

Jade is positioned third to avoid being targeted with Charm (not sure if it works that way, and how character placement works exactly in this game with no coherent mechanics publicly shared), but is charmed twice. Sylvando helps out both times, resulting in Jade not actually skipping any of her turns and not hurting anybody with her gargantuan attack. And as luck would have it, Sylvando also gets charmed in spite of his protection.

Characters are switched in and out a few times. Hero and Serena are required to apply Brownie Boost, most notably to increase the attack stat of Jade but also to grant various units defence and HP&MP recovery, following by Erik's entrance to envenomate the boss, after which Serena switches back due to being a healthy support unit with buffs she herself helped set. Rab is added ASAP for Sap debuffing and miscellaneous support.

Multithrust is still a potent source of damage, and no additional is practical really. Erik using Victimiser when the boss is poisoned results in laughable damage when Erik isn't at +2 attack AND the boss is at -2 defence, so the best way is to set the status to slowly deplete the boss's HP for the rest of the fight, countering the HP she drains with her tentacle.

Proving preparation is sometimes more than half the work, I guess.
