Dread Templar is 90's style first person shooter where someone applied a extra bloody patch. The game is also fast, well you are fast. The enemies for the levels i saw so far where pretty slow, but i already read in the difficulty settings, that the enemies also get faster on higher difficulties. But i would say that these zombies i fought so far are just the slow type of enemy and my guess is, that there are also faster enemies, who will attack or chase your more frequently and more relentless. Atleast the videos on the store page shows that.

The weapons feel nice, except for the Katana "Spear", clicking on the attack button doesn't directly attack, but you instead got a wind up time of one second and then attack. So for enemies far away you can't just pop out your cover throw the weapon and get in cover. You either have to attack before leaving your cover and then quickly aim at the enemy. Or you leave your cover stand there for that one second and attack then. But that means that you would take a hit, of a ranged enemy is shooting at you. For bigger enemies you can easily use the first tactic, or circling around the enemy and keep your aim at the target the whole time. The good thing about this thrown Katana is, that it deals a ton of damage when it hits.

So far i honestly like the game.
