We run into Nan from the Hunting Blades, who states Karol got fired for his cowardice. She also states that the Hunting Blades are exploring the area and that the party shouldn't interfere.
To progress in this area, you have to find an underground door, where you can find a machine that activates all the warp blastia. You then have to use all the warp blastia to find three password clues.
Along the way, you'll see the Hunting Blades leader, Clint, kill a Gattuso with a fatal strike. Then you'll get a tutorial battle where you can try that out for yourself. I recommend turning off FS for your allies when fighting bosses, since it could lead to unexpected knockdowns on the enemy. For normal encounters, FS is fine because it can increase battle rewards.
Once you figure out the password ("Sun") and open the door at the bottom of one of the houses, you'll find a room with a barrier trapping a huge monster. The Hunting Blades want to kill it while it's trapped, but the dragon rider shows up and destroys the blastia for the barrier, causing the monster to break free.

You should free run until the rest of the party shows up. Note that Karol won't show up, so make sure everyone else is equipped decently.
Unlike me, you'll want to time your jumps well so you can dodge his shockwave attack and tail whip.
The secret mission requires you to attack its hind legs when it tries to stand up for its ground slam. I was lucky Rita FSed it at that moment.

Make sure to save first, since you'll have a fight before the next save point.
Outside, we see Nan calling out Karol for fleeing from the fight, though the party seems to forgive him.
At the entrance, Cumore and his soldiers attempt to execute us, but the Schwann Brigade insists that we be tried by the books. Since there are too many enemies, we have no choice but to let the Schwann Brigade arrest us I guess. We also learn that Estelle is a princess of the empire.
In the Chevalier's HQ of Heliod, the Schwann Brigade lists off all of Yuri's minor crimes. Commandant Alexei Dinoia shows up and tells us we've been pardoned by Estelle and Ioder. Also, for some reason, there's a wonder chef in this room.
Talk to Flynn and Ioder for a cutscene. When you attempt to enter the inn, Adecor and Boccos will challenge Yuri to another 2-1 fight.

To use Burst Artes, you must be in overlimit and hold down the Artes button while using an Arcane Art. Note that you can be staggered during Burst Artes. For this battle, I just used Wolf Strike to knock one of them down so that I only have to endure attacks from the other.

You can try to visit Estelle's room, but Yuri decides it's better to just go to the counter to book a room, since she'll be leaving soon anyways. Outside, Rita notices something off about the town's barrier Blastia. We try to report this to Flynn in the HQ, but the Blastia goes out of control. Rita risks her life to try to fix it, but Estelle steps in to help her and somehow manages to calm the Blastia down.
In the inn, it's revealed that Estelle can use healing artes without the Bodhi Blastia. Unfortunately, the dragon rider shows up all of a sudden to attack the party, and Yuri somehow blocks the dragon's breath attack.
Alexei requests Rita to investigate the forest of Keiv Moc. Estelle somehow manages to talk her way into accompanying Rita, so we still have our healer. There are also two knight NPCs in town that have their own side events. If you return to Caer Bocram, you'll run into the white-haired man from Deidon Hold.
