0:00 Dahngrest
This is the city of the guilds, which is run by the five strongest guilds. While traveling the city, the barrier blastia fails and a bunch of monsters rush in, forcing the guilds to take up arms. Flynn is also there, but the leader of the Guild Union, Don Whitehorse, refuses his help because the people of Dahngrest turned their backs on the empire.
We find that the blastia was sabotaged by the red-eyed assassins, who we have to fight. Fortunately, you have the full party for this.
Unfortunately, Don is out hunting the monsters, so we won't be able to report the Blood Alliance's crimes yet.
24:58 Keiv Moc
In this forest, you'll run into Raven, who wants to join the party, but we don't know his reasons for being in Keiv Moc yet, making him sus/fishy.
Along the way, Karol will get attacked by several insect creatures, eventually forcing him to learn an anti-insect arte.
You'll notice the Giganto, Green Menace, near some chests. This optional boss is really strong at this point of the game, but you can still grab the chests if you run from the boss.
You'll also notice several impassable plant matter that blocks several chests. Maybe we need a better Sorcerer's Ring?
Before going beyond the healing save point, make sure to synthesize the Moon Selector and put Raven in the party.
At the end of the dungeon, we find an Aer Krene, where the region's Aer springs from. Unfortunately, we get attacked by a huge insect.
43:19 Boss: Gigalarva (Hard)
If you try to knock it down with Overlimit, there's a chance it'll counter with a repeated stomping attack.
The secret mission requires you to damage it with Raven's Serpent while it's sucking nutrients out of the ground. I found that the boss is more likely to do this during Over Limit and when its HP is low. You don't have a big window of opportunity for this.
56:22 Duke and Don
Due to the out of control Aer Krene, more Gigalarvas show up. However, the white-haired man steps in and uses a strange sword to calm the aer and defeat all the monsters. His name is Duke, and he implies that the Aer Krene's behavior is natural.
As you leave, you'll run into Don Whitehorse, who challenges Yuri to a duel. You won't be able to win due to the sheer level difference, but be sure to scan him.
