This is Duke Nukem Total Meltdown TC E2L7: Lunar Reactor - done with all kills and secrets on CGS.

Lunar Reactor is the seventh level of Lunar Apocalypse, and much like Occupied Territory when it comes to its difficulty. This map relies on nasty monster placement and frequent hazards.

I don't like Lunar Reactor, and it recording this sure wasn't making me like it more because I died twice.

Design-wise Lunar Reactor creates and interesting mix of hazards and monster, making it a bit like Fusion Station, but more difficult.

And yes, I promised to share that funny Protozoid Slimer death here, so I did xD.
