This is Duke Nukem Total Meltdown TC E2L10: Spin Cycle - done with all kills and secrets on CGS.
Spin Cycle is the tenth level of Lunar Apocalypse. It is also the first secret level of the episode, and it can be accessed from Occupied Territory.
Apparently this map uses a wrong song [Jungle Dick] instead of "Echo and the Harewomen", which actually plays on Spin Cycle in the original game. Spin Cycle itself is a bit of a treasure, lots of ammo, not that many monsters, but they can be difficult because of the "Spin Cycle" itself, which leads to enemies drifting around the map.
The only real challenge are those 2 Mini-Battlelords that are spawned late in the map. Those can easily kill you.
