For this stage, we push up past some bridges to fight a Red Mage boss. After training up your team with the last stage, this is your chance to use them. Also, Sima Yi isn't selectable at first but shows up a turn later on the left, so be prepared to save him from enemies over there.

See, since he was chased off by Big Foot, he wasn't able to be selected for the starting party since he wasn't here. It's actually good to have Sima Yi forced since you really want him to be leveled for an upcoming part later in the game. Also, if you wait long enough, Big Foot will appear on the stage. He's too strong to fight though so really it pretty much puts a timer on the stage to finish it before he shows up and starts rushing towards Sima Yi to kill him.

The boss is pretty dodgy, with both physical and magical defenses, but being a Red Mage, his stats aren't super high in either, so you can fight him with just about anyone but it'll probably take more than one person to take him down swiftly.

BOSS Rainemard - As said before Rainemard is a Red Mage, so he has balanced stats all around. He can be a bit tricky if you underestimate his speed, as he can deal serious damage to characters with low Resistance, and double attack characters with high Resistance like Sima Yi, so I recommend you save before pulling the boss. If you can't survive a pull, just use a Pure Water on Sima Yi and he should be able to no sell anything Rainemard can dish out.
