Dying Light 2 - Part 1 - A beautiful new world
0Hey everyone and welcome to a new series of Dying Light 2.
I played and loved the first Dying Light and have been excited for a long time to play the second game. I cant wait to explore this new world, meeting old friends and fighting new enemies.
Straight from the start we can see how dangerous this world even even after so many years. The world is still filled with zombies. We meet a familiar face from the last game in Spike, he shows us a few of the ropes and begins to walk us through the tutorial. The world around us is absolutely beautiful, the world is going to be filled with hidden zombies ready to jump out at us in a moments notice. WE need to take in as much of the tutorial as we can as Dying Light has always had a unique button layout.
We travel with Spike for some time and eventually reach a house, together we make our way in and search the grounds for anything useful. We don't really find much here but have a drink together anyway. It seems we have asked Spike to helps us find someone named Waltz and he had a lead for us to follow. We part ways and set out to look for the location Spike today us about, we will need to contact them via radio.
On the way to the radio town we encounter many zombies and learn about the controls and the best ways to fight. We also encounter a special Zombie that is able to jump much faster than the other, these monsters could be a real problem in the future. We manage to fend off the strange zombie and set up for the night. Through the night we see our character Aiden has nightmares about his past. During his dreams we can see a small girl named Mia, the two of them are in a strange building surrounded by other children and what seems to be doctors. We see that Aiden is selected for some kind of experiment and injected with something, I wonder what this could be.
We wake up and manage to catch the radio in time to follow the lead Spike gave us, we find out that Mia is alive even after all this time!
