[Edited] Kerbal Space Program Saturn V and Launch Tower WIP Test
4A completely custom-made Saturn V and launch tower replica (not 100% exact, but reasonably close) for Kerbal Space Program using existing stock and a few mod part assets. This version is balanced for the stock scale solar system, and is not overpowered or has too much delta-V.
Heavy use of manual part welding and other customization methods has resulted in a part count of 38 for everything (including a few bits for the launch test). The tower structure is all one part, and has a working crew elevator that uses a separate car.
Still a work-in-progress, the tower arms (which will retract upon launch) still have to be added, as well as other details, and the Saturn V itself will be made to work in 5x - 6.4x scale...and eventually 10x scale (NOT RSS-RO)
The audio is of course Jack King and is taken from the Apollo 8 launch segment of "When We Left Earth".
