Elemental Master - Sega Mega Drive / Genesis - Intro & 1CC longplay / playthrough [HD 1080p 60fps]
No death, full 1CC playthrough / longplay / walkthrough of Technosoft classic 16 bit run 'em up game Elemental Master. In case you're wondering a run 'em up is a run and gun where the screen scrolls automatically. At its heart Elemental Master is a shoot 'em up but plays quite a bit differently to Technosoft's other shooters in the form of the Thunder Force series. For starters the game includes some lovely art still cutscenes to tell the story of two brothers fighting against one another. While it may be the classic good versus evil story it's still nice to see a game in this genre include some sort of story. While you start with only a single weapon you are also able to permanently unlock more as you progress through the game. Making the start of the game harder than the finish, the final super attack kills everything in it's path when unlocked. Fast pace and fun Elemental Master isn't a long game and you can quickly master it in a few hours. It ranks as one of the better titles in the genre on the system and it's just a pity it never got a PAL release like so many other Mega Drive / Genesis titles.
