Emerald Coast is a Mario Kart Wii track based on the level of the same name from Sonic Adventure. I kind of wanted to adapt a Sonic level into a track and while I had a few other first choices, I picked this one because I figured it would be relatively quick and easy.

It was not relatively quick and easy.

I spent 40-50 hours trying to get a fully rigged orca to work on this stupid track and for some stupid reason I absolutely could not get the stupid thing to work and in the end had to settle for this version which, while not as bad looking as I feared, is basically a motionless orca being held up by a rotating invisible stick. There were also various other issues along the way of making this and I kind of reached a point now where even though there's some obvious glitches and issues (the spike gates' shadow and effects are all messed up and they move out of position slowly over time, the half-pipe into upper tunnel shortcut is probably too good), I'm releasing it because I'm basically burned out on making it and it's in a mostly "stable" state.
