Artelinde and Wilhelm come to the battle packing some serious firepower. Artelinde throws out poison skills, cage which can riddle you with negative status effects and threads which... I'm not sure what that one does I think it's supposed to bind you. Wilhelm is much simpler just using elemental bullets. These two together have 1900 and 1700 HP respectively putting them at a grand total 3600 HP meaning this fight is technically stronger than the main boss of the stratum. On top of that these two have an immunity to any and all instant death attacks and resist things like terror, curse, and stun. Not to mention you won't have endgame gear at this point so I'd say this fight is overall tougher than Ren and Tlatchga were in the first game.
