Exclusive First Editions 22708 Alexander Y Type Ulsterbus Model Bus Review HD
This is a review of the Exclusive First Editions (EFE) Alexander Y Type Leyland Leopard model bus in the Ulsterbus of Northern Ireland livery. I think this model was released around 2001/2002 and I managed to buy this one quite cheap from eBay as these models are quite hard to find now and the Ulsterbus livery really does look nice on this model and the real buses. But that is just my opinion though. The model is basic compared to the newer super-detailed models that have come out over the last decade or so. But this model is still a good one worth buying if you are into the Alexander Y Type buses like I am. I used to go to school many years ago on an Alexander Y Type although the chassis was a Seddon Pennine rather than the Leyland Leopard chassis that was popular around the 1970's/1980's. The registration on this model is OSJ620R although I am not sure if this is accurate for this model or not, so any information on this would be appreciated thanks. I am still going to give this model a good score as despite its age, this model still would fit in with the newer models that are more detailed.
Overall Rating: 8/10.
