The spacious and breathtaking Harkless Flat in the Inyo Mountains is home to some small abandoned mines that were last worked decades ago. The Big Pine Mine is one such mine. It was a small lead mine that also produced some silver. This video documents the main mine tunnel at the abandoned Big Pine Mine as well as its upper workings which include a small vertical shaft and some other diggings.
