24this ship is pretty average all around. it's kind of decent in most areas, it has good handling, especially with just the stick and good grip but it has weak top speed and booster. it is a good beginner pick since it ranks around the middle of the pack just below top 20 and there's other famous all around picks near that like Rainbow Phoenix. it doesn't get much benefit from advanced techs but the rank already takes that into account which makes it even better for beginners (no need to know anything fancy to get the most out of it)
i'm playing using the Wii U GC Adapter and an original GC controller. i also have an input display to show what i do during gameplay. the input display also comes with a function to change sensitivity and that lets me get around the sensitivity problem present in this version. it feels much closer to the original. there's still the input lag but it's more manageable.
