this ship is pretty bad. it's yet another ship tailored for beginners but it's so slow that it fails at being a recommendable pick because you'll struggle to win with it. the biggest problem is the weak boost since it doesn't get good speeds most of the time. the ship's turning is also a problem on some tracks since it's really twitchy even with well calibrated settings. even on original hardware, the steering is really sensitive and hard to control well which is the opposite of what a beginner ship would offer. low weight limits how much speed it can hold and it doesn't have anything where it excels.

i'm playing using the Wii U GC Adapter and an original GC controller. i also have an input display to show what i do during gameplay. the input display also comes with a function to change sensitivity and that lets me get around the sensitivity problem present in this version. it feels much closer to the original. there's still the input lag but it's more manageable.
