Just thought it will be interesting for you if I share the result of first face mocap test.

(I'm not making a game with him, I'm just testing the mocap hardware)
Technical info: The mocap is recorded by 7 cameras and tiny mocap markers glued to actor's face (42 markers). The game character's face is skinned to 42 bones. No special rigs were used to retarget the mocap, just simple position constraints (marker to bone). Turnaround time for this monologue (from starting to record to having a 3d character talk) is about 30-40 minutes. I guess overall result could be way better by simply improving the acting skills :)
