My perfectionism is cured. That's what I was really fleeing from.

Overall, I had a pretty fun time, but I was definitely getting hit with the burnout 80~ hours in. Granted, that's probably because I was maintaining daily uploads and I needed to spend like 6 hours per day on average playing this same game. Variety is the spice of life, after all. I definitely should've looked up some general tips for each planet instead of just full sending it in, but I think that's part of the charm/point of the blind(ish) play through TBH.

Nauvis, standard gameplay, but I'm not a fan of the changes where I need to actually pump oil or collect/create a certain item to unlock the technology now. Makes it a bit harder to prep ahead, and all my files got corrupted trying to combine them into a supercut. Bit annoying.

Vulcanus, no problems. We love Vulcanus. Favorite child, honestly.

Gleba, yeah, screw Gleba. So many problems constantly, but at least you can figure them out pretty easily since you'll notice the exact area of clogging. And you do get infinite iron and copper if you so wish, and as long as you have a quality farm for the Bioflux, you can get infinite Legendary Iron/Copper, which is pretty cool. Definitely bring Efficiency Modules to reduce nutrients early on when you don't have the Bioflux recipe.

Fulgora, eh. Just needed a few static problems to solve and it's good. Definitely should've started on a bigger island, and lost 5 hours of my life, probably, to just that. Making a recycling stack's a little annoying, but overall, not really a problematic planet, and it gives you free higher chain resources so you're swimming in Blue Circuits, LDS', and Concrete. It really does have the best researches though, with Blue Circuit productivity and Mech Armor being very nice.

Aquilo.....this place sucks. It's not self sufficient like the other planets, so you're mostly just ferrying things in. You can make a space station for this, I suppose, but the output is not going to be spectacular, or convenient. The Heat Pipe mechanics is just annoying, honestly. I'm spending half my time just replacing heat pipes in 20 different orientations to finally make the build work. Robots suffer by taking 5 times as much power, but you can remedy this by having higher quality Logistic/Construction Bots and Roboports(Charging Rate), because belting on top of heat pipes is also annoying as all heck. Belt Weaving knowledge is not mandatory, but extremely helpful here to maximize limited Heat Pipe space. Definitely bring some Efficiency modules before Fusion Power!

And for the final ships, Stronger Explosives 12 in repeatables helped a lot so that rockets could two shot the Big Asteroids. Railguns only need fire rate. They already do enough base damage to one shot the Huge Asteroids. Use turret targeting filters as well, or your guns will quickly run out of ammo shooting things with minimal effect. If all else fails, slow down the ship, for the lower asteroid spawn rate and hope for the best. I'll maybe go to the Shattered Planet on my own time, and if/when I make a super-edit of my Factorio Space Age playthrough, I'll probably open the save back up to make a much wider ship with way more railguns and production. But I'm getting through this Backlog first, if it kills me! (Hopefully it doesn't)
