I cut part of episode 21 by mistake and realized my reaction to Hardware town might have been confusing, so here is what the episode missed!

LOLO rules: Permadeath survival Yolo where all enemies are legendary; only damage with randomly generated legendary items allowed; only use randomly spawned legendary armor; no healing of health, rads, limbs, or addictions; no companions; no scrapping of player built items; no glitchy exploits.
Shecklador Rule: Legendary items used in a sleep cycle become unusable after you sleep. This will force dropping amazing weapons/armor after they get used and require a wider range of accepting items that may be good but not great.

Today we get ready for the glowing sea. We'll need to progress the quest and move some items around to work on, all while keeping an eye out for Rad-X. Then the journey south and into the radiation can happen, thankfully with the help of some vertibirds, but every tick of rads soon starts eating into health without the benefit of power armor or a hazmat suit.
