Jeff Gardiner, Fallout 76 project lead, has taken to Twitter to announce the news that after 15 years he is leaving Bethesda Game Studios.

Since joining the studio in 2005, Gardiner has accumulated a mass of credits, most being from the Fallout series but also on The Elder Scrolls.

He tweeted: “My time at BGS has come to an end. It has been an amazing ride, from producing the Designers on #Oblivion, #Fallout3, and #Skyrim, to Lead Producer of #Fallout4, and finally Project Lead of #Fallout76.
“I will miss my co-workers and want to thank the amazing fans. Stay tuned.”

Being a lead producer on Oblivion's ten DLC packs, including the infamous Horse Armor DLC was Gardiner's very first role at Bethesda Game Studios and since then he also had the role of being a producer on Fallout 3, and a lead producer on that game's DLC, too.

Other credits of his include senior producer on Skyrim, lead producer on Fallout 4. Most recently Gardiner has worked as project lead on Fallout 76.
