Developer Raven Software has banned another 100,000 accounts on ‘Call of Duty: Warzone’.

Hackers and cheaters have been an increasing problem within the battle royale title, with many streamers such as NICKMERCS, Cloakzy, and Tfue moving over to ‘Apex Legends’ until changes are made.

Earlier this week, Raven took to Twitter to reveal they have banned another 100,000 accounts in their attempt to crack down on cheating within the game.

They wrote: “Over 100,000 @CallofDuty accounts were banned yesterday - targeting repeat offenders and cheat providers at the source.”

The official ‘Call of Duty’ account also reiterated the message, whilst providing a warning to cheaters reminding them that a new PC anti-cheat would be coming to ‘Warzone’ later this year alongside the new map.

They shared: “A warning to cheaters: our new PC anti-cheat is coming and we’re dedicated to rooting out active and repeat offenders today.”
