Good ol' HalDanGhor recommended this randomizer and this is the same seed that can be seen on his channel (there's other great stuff on there too). Up until he mentioned it to me, I had no idea that this randomizer even existed so I intentionally didn't look at anything about it so I could go in with as many surprises as possible.

Here are some highlights:

1 minute, 50 seconds - Eat my meat. This is going to be a great game.

9 minutes - I started this off really poorly and decided to reset to get my money back after dying and losing it all. I wonder if I could have went to the king and gotten cash like in the original since I had zero.

46 minutes - Used wing boots to get wing boots, but it turns out this is an unlimited supply! The guru's message was so confusing that I decided to go back to the king and see if anything changed. Once I saw that it hadn't, I just went ahead and died intentionally so I could restart in the second town.

1 hour, 4 minutes - The pendant is supposed to increase the amount of damage that you do but in the original game there's a bug that actually causes the pendant to reduce it. This randomizer was tough enough but I decided to get it anyways just for completion and in case it had another random effect. Turns out that they fixed the bug and it actually increases your damage like it should. Cool!

1 hour, 6 minutes, 30 seconds - Well this guy was in an unfortunate spot. I killed him anyways just in case he dropped something but no dice. Took my elixir too!

1 hour, 12 minutes - Really close call bouncing around there! I also realized later that I totally forgot to use my potions.

1 hour, 25 minutes, 30 seconds - This "Jack" door was a really rude joke. So all that effort to get the Jack key was for nothing?

1 hour, 39 minutes - Surprise dragon made me pause the game! I thought the hourglass stopped him from firing in the original game. Maybe they fixed that for the randomizer.

1 hour, 48 minutes - I remembered a nice strategy for this guy and got no reward except for poisonous beans! Ha! I love this randomizer.

2 hours, 13 minutes , 30 seconds- Nice jiggly foe here.

2 hours, 22 minutes, 30 seconds - Nice rewards for this enemy. Then you get another fun jiggly foe!

2 hours, 27 minutes - Nice death here. Pretty funny.

2 hours, 53 minutes - I love the power glove. It's so bad. Nice "The Wizard" joke here.

2 hours, 55 minutes, 30 seconds - Well this was quite the surprise. The final area? Do I need to do anything else or can I just finish the game here?

2 hours, 58 minutes - This is the door that leads to the final boss in the original game. Fooled me!

3 hours, 3 minutes - Again with the power glove joke. It's still funny.
